Our flagship Honey Blonde Ale took our beloved Miro Miel and made an imperial version with DOUBLE the HONEY! We then took that beer and refermented it in Oak barrels on various fruits. These beers have a dry finish that really amplifies the fruit flavors and yeast esters.
